Developing market-based solutions to multiply the efforts of many other climate crisis solutions improves our chances of making progress sooner rather than later. The team works closely with legislative proposals to provide Fee and Dividends and/or Cap & Trade solutions.

Fee and Dividend strategies raise revenues from transportation fuels while delivering a dividend to low income families, supporting highway maintenance and a clean infrastructure fund. Cap and Trade provides a market for the rights to emit carbon dioxide or trade in credits based on performance.
