Invited Talk: New Mexico’s Methane Problem

David Baake is a New Mexico lawyer who represents the Sierra Club in climate and clean air proceedings.  He served on New Mexico’s Methane Advisory Panel and is working with the Sierra Club and a variety of other environmental groups to draft technical comments on New Mexico’s proposed methane standards.  David will explain the urgency of addressing New Mexico’s methane problem, provide an update on the the rule making process, and explain how members of the public can support the technical and legal experts working to make sure New Mexico’s methane rules are the strongest in the nation.
