In the first 100 days, we want to pressure the Biden Administration to take real action to Build Back Fossil Free.

You’re invited to 350’s Build Back Fossil Free Week of Action to be held on March 22-27, 2021. We will be supporting events nationwide that create pressure to:

• Revoke the permits for Line 3, DAPL and KXL
• End new fossil fuel leases on public lands and offshore
• Direct federal agencies to apply a climate test to new fossil fuel infrastructure permits (leading them to deny federal permits for all new fossil fuel infrastructure projects, including but not limited to pipelines, import and export terminals, storage facilities, refineries, and petrochemical plants).
• Direct the Attorney General to investigate and prosecute fossil fuel polluters for the damages they have caused (setting the stage for climate reparations).
