Description: Join 350 New Mexico Speaker Series for a conversation with Maggie Hart Stebbins, New Mexico’s Natural Resources Trustee. Ex-Bernalillo County Commissioner Maggie Hart Stebbins D(Dist. 3) was appointed by Governor Lujan Grisham in December of 2019. As Trustee, Hart Stebbins is responsible for leading state efforts to ensure contaminated, injured or damaged natural resources are restored for the betterment of the environment and the benefit of New Mexicans and visitors.

Hart Stebbins will help us understand her new responsibilities and duties and how they fit in with other state agencies working to protect the NM environment. The Natural Trustee Office has damage assessment cases and resource restoration projects across the state including many in central New Mexico.
