Please join us on March 25, 6:30 pm at the Santa Fe Community College to celebrate our public launch of our new 350 chapter in Santa Fe. The main attraction of our program will be an Oxford style debate on “New Mexico Must Stop Fracking Now!”

Earth Day is an annual event celebrated around the world on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First celebrated in 1970, it now includes events coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network in more than 193 countries. This year is the 50th anniversary!

Transit Equity Day
February 4, 2020
Transit Equity Day is a collaborative effort of several organizations and unions to promote public transit as a civil right and a strategy to address the climate crisis.
Why February 4? February 4th is Rosa Parks’ birthday. As a civil rights leader and organizer, Rosa Parks, Claudette Colvin and others’ refused to give up their bus seats as part of the broader Montgomery Bus Boycott. This a reminder of the impact individual action can have.
