Three major housing development projects are planned and in development for residents of Santa Fe:

    • Tierra Contenta Phase 3A, owned by the Tierra Contenta Board
    • MidTown project at the current College of Santa Fe site, owned by the City of Santa Fe
    • Las Estrellas, Northwest Quadrant, also owned by the City of Santa Fe

The first of these projects is estimated to produce between 1000 and 1400 development units, while the other two are projecting 1000 units each. Altogether at least 3000 units are anticipated.

Our goal is to see that all housing produced in these three Santa Fe sites are affordable, energy efficient, all-electric and emissions-free, and thus enable all homebuyers and renters to benefit from savings on their energy costs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
