Join us on a field trip to Kirtland Air Force Base to learn more about  Microgrid + Storage + Solar.

Gary Oppedahl, VP of Energy Technologies at Block Energy will conduct a tour of their micro-grid demonstration project at Kirtland AFB after an onsite luncheon.

Time at Kirtland is currently expected to be noon till about 2:30 pm.

To join a carpool from Santa Fe, we are meeting at 10:30 am that day at the 599 RailRunner stop, returning by 3-3:30pm.

We learned about the microgrid’s existence from Gary’s 350 New Mexico talk last fall. It could be helpful for you to watch it, to get a little more background.
