I am thrilled about our planned meeting of environmental activists and groups to discuss the introduction of a Green Amendment to the New Mexico Constitution.  On November 18, at noon, Senators Mimi Stewart and Bill Soules, Representative Joanne Ferrary and I will host the call.  We will also have Maya Van Rossum, who is the author of the Green Amendment: Securing Our Right to a Healthy Environment on the Zoom call. She has agreed to serve as a resource as we pursue this exciting and innovative approach to addressing climate change and protecting our precious and fragile environment.

It will take all of us to make this happen.  We need your input, ideas, and energy.
