Description: The Coalition for Clean Affordable Energy (CCAE)  is an intervenor in the PRC Blackstone PNM acquisition case (PRC Case No. 25-00060-UT page). CCAE will be representing 350NM and others in front of the NM Public Regulation Commission.

Attorney Lynch will detail the procedural roadblocks to the Blackstone acquisition plans and why the PRC was paused the main acquisition case. Dr. Singer will cover the substantive issues in the case for us. He will be CCAE’s expert witness at the yet to be scheduled PRC proceedings.
