Third Act: Behavioral Neuroscience, Activism, and You

May 28, 2025 @ 5:00 pm MDT

Our next Third Act “Hope and Joy” event is on Wednesday May 28th (7PM ET).

Join us for a conversation with Princeton University cognitive scientist Molly Crockett. For nearly two decades, Molly has been studying the neuroscience and psychology underlying our views about morality, fairness, altruism, decision-making, empathy, and more. Over time, her work has moved into working on the devastating impacts of misinformation. And how we talk to (and at) each other on-line. Outside the lab, Molly is a practitioner and teacher of Buddhist meditation in the Samatha tradition.

Also, a reminder that we have two new H&J series webpages:
  • Resources webpage: links to books, videos, poems, meditation examples and more that have been used in the series.
  • Recordings webpage: links to all (but one) session recordings.
