This year’s Love Your Watershed Day is all about Water and Fire!

Kick things off at De Vargas Park on May 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., where you can connect with dozens of community partners through family-friendly tabling activities and a river cleanup (10 a.m. – noon). While you’re at the park, you’ll also get to meet local wildfire preparedness experts sharing practical tips and resources to help keep your home, neighborhood, and watershed safe (and keep an eye out for a possible visit from Smokey Bear!). After the festivities, head over to Christ Church from 3 to 6 p.m. for an engaging panel discussion on wildfire preparedness and community resilience.
